Train your Chihuahua
Chihuahua can be (and must be! ) easily trained. We like to train some of our dogs for sport like agility, rally-o, work and research too! Chihuahua are very bond and affectionate to his master and their high intelligence make them to respond very quickly to a positive reinforcement. You can use food reward for the first step of training new exercises but never forget a lot of praise and play. They love praise and they have a lot of fun making exercises and interact with his owner.
Harsh metod do not fit to chihuahua's temperament and they cannot be trained like a Dobermann, Labrador or Border Collie. They can become shy or even agressive when manipulate and they will hate training session too! Consistent training with short session make the training fun and easy for both and it strengthens the bond between you and your dog .
Some people think that chihuahua are not true dogs. They are simply wrong and don't understand how much joy and satisfaction can give these "full of life" dogs !
Chihuahua can become a very obedient dog and compete in Obedience and Rally Obedience.
